加德满都，10月10日，本报讯：，外交部长普拉迪普·库马尔·贾瓦利（PradeepKumarGyawali）在周五联合国大会第75届会议期间举行的不结盟运动年度部长级会议上发表讲话。在今天上午的会议上，他向尼泊尔常驻纽约联合国代表团通报说，十项原则是久经考验和神圣不可侵犯的全球和平秩序理想。
在强调新冠疫情对最贫穷和最脆弱的国家和人民的影响的时候，他呼吁加强国际合作，支持这些国家为恢复国力所做的努力。贾瓦利部长进一步强调，有必要将不和谐的代价和合作的利益内化，并加强多边机构，以便所有国家，无论大小，都能有尊严地共存，并为实现和平、繁荣和正义的共同目标作出贡献。
他表示：“不结盟运动应以其数量和道义上的力量，主张其应有的地位，并扩大弱小国家的声音。不结盟运动必须证明自己是一个群体性的理性诉求，是其成员的力量源泉。”共有54名发言者，其中包括不结盟运动成员国的36名部长，在主题为“万隆会议65年后：需要更加休戚相关、更加团结和有效地应对包括新冠肺炎疫情在内的新出现的全球挑战”的会议上发了言。
会议最后通过了一项政治宣言和一项特别宣言。

WhilehighlightingtheimpactsofCOVID-19onthepoorestandmostvulnerablecountriesandpeoples,hecalledforgreaterinternationalcollaborationandsupportintheirrecoveryefforts.MinisterGyawalifurtherunderscoredtheneedforinternalisingbyallthecostofdiscordandbenefitofcooperationandstrengtheningmultilateralinstitutionssothatallnations-largeorsmall-cancoexistindignityandcontributetothesharedgoalsofpeace,prosperityandjustice.
“Withitsnumericalandmoralstrength,NAMshouldclaimitsrightfulplaceandamplifythevoiceoftheweakandvulnerablecountries.NAMmustproveitselfasacollectivevoiceofreasonandasourceofstrengthtoitsmembership,”hesaid.Atotalof54speakers,including36MinistersfromNAMMemberStatesaddressedthemeetingwhichwasheldunderthethemeof“Bandung+65:MoreRelevant,UnitedandEffectiveNAMagainstEmergingGlobalChallenges,includingCOVID-19”.
TheMeetingadoptedaPoliticalDeclarationandaSpecialDeclarationuponitsconclusion.
